    An organization can start a successful yet gradual process towards utilizing the HSP Central hosted network by agreeing to a 30-day free trial. This exploratory period is invaluable for your organization to assess the functionality and easy accessibility of various HSP Central hosted network services. HSP Central engineers will configure up to 25 user accounts per organization with access to ALL Microsoft application offerings and ALL other hosted services. A typical 30-day free trial may consist of:

• Creating up to 25 user accounts with access to the latest version of Microsoft Office Standard

• A secure file storage area for each user AND a secure central corporate file storage area

• Outlook Web Access capability

• A temporary corporate website with the ability to directly edit the site via Microsoft FrontPage

• The design of a few simple Outlook eForms (electronic forms) customized for your specific corporate needs

• Help Desk support during the trial period.

    It is imperative that an organization taking advantage of this free trial period will consistently use the hosted environment everyday AND communicate any questions promptly to the HSP Central Help Desk.

Hosting Your Network

    Upon nearing the completion of the free 30-day trial, around the 20th day, a conference should be scheduled to assess any hosted network issues. Every effort will be made by HSP Central to provide a proven concept of a hosted network solution which will satisfy your corporate IT needs. Then, a complete review will be carried out regarding ALL HSP Central hosted services and capabilities to fully inform potential subscribers the range of Microsoft network capabilities that are available. Once all services are identified, a service contract including the SLA will be drafted to formalize the creation of your corporate hosted network.

Other Options

Turnkey Solutions

    If after the free 30-day trial an organization is very pleased with the concept of a hosted network but not comfortable with the hosted network existing at a physical location other than their own IT infrastructure, then HSP Central will offer an in-house turnkey solution for your corporation. HSP Central can obtain the necessary hardware and provide the initial configuration to operate in your IT infrastructure. A turnkey solution will be more expensive due to the upfront hardware costs and licensing requirements for the server operating system and hosted applications. Also, in-house IT personnel will need training to manage their own hosted applications and related services.

Remote Administration Services

    When a turnkey solution is chosen, HSP Central will also offer Remote Administration Services. This way, your IT personnel can be relieved of administration requirements OR IT personnel can be gradually trained to handle the in-house hosted services at their own pace.
